Method 2: How to make fonts readable by redefining the missing font.
Suppose our drawing contains texts as shown in this image:

We see that 3 texts have undefined fonts and 2 are OK.

We want to use the redefine method (method 2) which doesn't make any changes to the actual drawing.

 
By selecting REDEFINE, ME10 copies the font definition of the default font to the missing font. The visual result is the same as with method 1.

This process is entirely automatic and has no limitations regarding overlapping texts, dimensions etc.

If, after running a font redefinition, you were to examine the "missing font" and the default font you would find them (not surprisingly) to be identical.
